Lady Gaga teams up with Barneys New York for exclusive holiday run full of her favorite things.

In spirit of the holiday season, Barneys New York has closely collaborated with Lady Gaga to present the avant-garde project, Gaga’s Workshop. The concept has taken over the entire fifth floor, which has been completely converted into a space solely dedicated to everything Gaga, from her favorite toys, treats, apparel and jewelry, to Gaga-approved beauty products and of course Gaga media.

On the fashion forward Madison Avenue Barneys New York location, Gaga unveiled her remixed version of Santa’s workshop just a few days ago on November 21, 2011. Designed with the unique initiative to mix elements like those from classic quirky films like Edward Scissorhands, James and the Giant Peach and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Even the seasonal window displays have taken wind of the Gaga spirit, featuring bright colors and crazy shapes created by Gaga and stylist Nicola Formichetti, giving passers-by a glimpse into the total Gaga experience. “We wanted it all to be whimsical and fun, with a sense of art and fashion,” Gaga said about her holiday collection.

Barneys New York will donate 25 percent of all sales from Gaga’s Workshop to the Born This Way Foundation, a non-profit organization which Lady Gaga recently launched to foster anti-bullying awareness and programs.
